Just want to know where do I have the best chance at passing the State Exam my first try to get my license.

I have friends in the area who are renting out bedrooms for $400 per month in an apartment so it seems like just another way to improve the cash flow of the property. 

In addition, I think there is still a lot of opportunity for improving the product.BTW I recently looked at Mileage IQ and other competitors in the Apple store. 

If you'd like, offer them the option to void the lease since no money has been exchanged, but it sounds like they want to move in and chances are they will pay the deposit.

Once the seller put the house on the market, he should have gave a heads up to the tenants that are on month to month that there's a chance that the new owner may want some or all of the tenants out.

It might help you sell the house since you can indicate that it has been upgraded.I would do what is necessary but not go overboard.If you have galvanized, replacing the water line from the street to the house makes a hug improvement on water pressure as galvanized will rust and restrict the flow of water over time.I believable you just need to have working plumbing with good water pressure for the appraisal.I would be more worried about plumbing issues or old piping showing up on a buyers inspection than it affecting an appraisal.

The blame for poor situations isn't to be shifted or avoided but accepted and then used to as a catalyst to improve. 

Never take a chance on something like structure earth stability.
