You can set up workflows so that when an email comes in you can send an auto reply and it can store all your conversations, track the progress of the lead, issue reminders, etc.  

We are still looking to buy more mobile home parks and actually have some under contract in DFW and Houston right now but its getting tough to find deals.....Not on auto pilot because i am still young (31) and get bored without being involved but things run themselves ( 80% of the time) .

There's suspicion (and I agree) that some auctions are auto bid-up by the website or another person to generate more money.
