I said sure and told them where I had hidden the key for the carpet cleaner who was coming that day (mistake!).

However, I did manage to find a gem on the MLS in Dorchester that I'm hopefully closing on in the next few days.

I've been tracking the MLS, also with the help of several Agents for the past month but can't get beyond 15-20%, I'm sure there are more hidden gems, vacant properties and more and willl be needing people like you to help us out! 

Will I be guaranteed free of any hidden liens on the home.

I would recommend having a very educated home inspector or structural engineer do your inspection, heritage buildings are tricky and have hidden issues. go the extra 10%, if you think its a great deal and the DP is holding you back.

@Luke Cachia I think you have a pretty strong case, as long as the K&T wasn't hidden.
