Hey everyone,Looking if any investors from New Jersey have any experience with starting their own self storage on vacant land.I would build up more units as I go, just heard of some issues with zoning due to the highlands act and the restrictions against zoning in our fabulous state.

Plan on adding a lot more capacity.Last thing to add, stand back and look hard for bowing walls, floors that are not quite level, rooms that do not look like the walls are the same height.
