Did a complete gut rehab of the master bathroom down to the replacement of the subfloor, did a kitchen rehab by repainting the cabinets, adding new countertop, new backslpash and new appliances, new fixtures, repainted the entire house, added new floor to the basement living area.

To give you an idea of the extent of the projects, we ripped out the kitchen, removed a extra stairwell, moved a bedroom wall that was off the kitchen, cut concrete and added plumbing to make the bedroom a laundry room, converted the old laundry room upstairs into a bathroom for my daughter, stoned a fireplace, new flooring and carpet and ran all new electrical and piping to the new kitchen.

.- 1st Story: 2/1 - Mid grade finish, missing upper cabinets/shelves,, range hood, same electrical / layout.Garden: 1/1 - Mid grade finish, ceiling hight is good (lower in some areas, assume for boxed out utilities), floor carpet / tile but noticeably not level.
