I first joined BP in 2013 then my business in the food service industry took off. 

I want it to be close to the local hospital, schools, place of business so that it'll be easy for tenants to transmute to and from work, and in an area that's close to everything such as retail, food, leisure activities, things for kids, etc.

What if one of them is too noisy or eats the other's food? 

I was mentored this way since washing machines and dryers can be easily abused big ticket items and if a tenant moves out leaving a fridge full of food; same thing. 

My thoughts are those who do 7-11's, Dr's practices, Bars, Fast Food, and etc.. as well as Real Estate, may not be as Sharp of a Knife in Real Estate as someone who only focuses on Real Estate (although this is a business decision you will have to make).8.

They usually leave some furniture, kitchenware, a broken vacuum that was probably never used the entire time they lived there, old food in the fridge, and a lot of their kid's toys.
