The next meeting is the Vendor Tradeshow where allsorts of "trades" will be having tables / booths: contractors, lenders, flooring suppliers, kitchen cabinet suppliers, Home Depot - that's just a short sampling.  

Those little dogs tend to pee all over the carpet.If it's not too late, keep a sample of the smelly carpet in a plastic bag in case you end up in court.  

Ask the applicant to do two or three samples and submit them.

The other problem is let's face it, we let greed get the best of us and failed to exercise sound money management principles by investing more than we would have cared to have lost.

You have to join to download the lease, but here they put up a sample lease with a big VOID written across every page to prevent copying.

I am putting together investment proposals and I have heard that around 2/3's of lease option contracts never get exercised.

@Walt Payne   From my point of view lease options to purchase were for the benefit of a person wanted to buy a home.. live in the home and then exercise their option to purchase somewhere down the line...
