I believe you will probably have to allow it as an exception or it would be considered discrimination against those with disabilities.

Jeremiah, @Derek Tyler is right, except as you probably know, in MA, property assessments are listed in the town, not the county, and Somerville won't contain Haverhill records.

It's the exceptions that will get a property hung up in underwriting... like checking 'Illegal' under Zoning Compliance or anything under "adverse site conditions" or "adverse conditions".https://www.fanniemae.com/content/guide_form/1004.pdf

Can't say I've ever met a RE attorney except maybe somebody that was just out of law school yet to decide what they want to do with their life...it's very specialized.Somebody else may know a RE attorney in your area ... anybody??

They will probable average the income over the two years.If you haven't been in an industry for 2 years they won't let you claim income from any job/industry (I believe the exception is if you just graduated from college and are in the industry your degree is in)
