Now you have cash in hand to start your business and cost you basically nothing except the repairs you do over time (so make sure the repair materials are inexpensive). 

I believe you will probably have to allow it as an exception or it would be considered discrimination against those with disabilities.

Can't say I've ever met a RE attorney except maybe somebody that was just out of law school yet to decide what they want to do with their life...it's very specialized.Somebody else may know a RE attorney in your area ... anybody??

Except you have some input throughout the process. 

They will probable average the income over the two years.If you haven't been in an industry for 2 years they won't let you claim income from any job/industry (I believe the exception is if you just graduated from college and are in the industry your degree is in)
