Do I contact the owner and have the them reach out to a contractor for an estimate?

If I have a 14 day inspection period contingency in my contract with my seller, Do I give my buyer a new 14 days to inspect once he signs the assignment contract? Or

I have just bought a property in Memphis TN and I was hoping to find a good contractor (38111) in the area.

Hello everyone,I am currently working on a project in Melrose Park, IL.Do you guys know any reliable contractors who can help me in fixing the house ?

I have a contractor who might be interested in investing or partnering in some capacity... contributing 20k toward the down payment and about 25k in repairs for a total of 45k upfront. 

My goal is to learn about rehab cost, tracking finances, working with contractors and such.
