You want to make sure you understand rental comps, occupancies, tenant mix and the building itself in terms of the systems, configurations, maintenance costs etc. 

Noblesville and Fishers are going to be a mix of B and A class.

I’m told mixed stories tho for more than 4.

I think it's right to have a mix of properties in a mix of markets.

First time we've looked into them and have read mixed reviews.  

There is definitely a mix right in the middle that I think is the best option.

Then choose you asset class of single family residential, multi family residential, mixed use, etc.
