I've been to homes for sale where at the same time I was their the buyers had roofers, electricians, heating contractor, gardeners and general contractors inspecting every inch of the property.Before you get in too deep I would post all the numbers and lets have a look.

Due to the nightly rental potential Airbnb sounds like it could produce quite a bit more income but obviously I would have to pay for all the utilities lawn care cable and Internet as well as having it cleaned each time a customer left.
