What can I do to make partnering with me seem like an easy decision?

So, need to know what was pulled back or the cause of the backup before any decisions can be made.But, if they are putting things down that don't go down you should tell them you got this one, the rest will be on them, give them a warning, get a report from the plumber that says exactly what it was and that is is cleaned out now so you know the next time if the same stuff gets in its theirs.  

As a Property Manager, Broker, and often Buyers agent I attend the inspections, evaluate the condition of the property, each unit, the disclosure information, the current rents, the projected rent, etc so the buyer can make an informed decision.

If you inspect the property to find out what the rehab needs to be, how does that knowledge impact your decision to buy? 

City planning,  development happening on a specific block, a new ordinance in a zip code, the sudden decision to eliminate STR -- so many factors come into play and you need to understand quite a bit about a market in order to make truly informed decisions (or rely on someone else who has already done the analysis and can tell you what fits your strategy/goals.

The most important decision you will make is the location.

It can also lead to poor decisions.
