Hi there - not sure if this is quite the right forum or not for this question but thought it fit if you're in this space.I'm more of an idea guy who has participated in a lot of the trades (plumbing, electrical, decks, concrete etc) simply by doing work on my properties -- I'm not the guy you want out there doing the work on a daily basis (I can build and plan out a helluva privacy fence though) so anyways I get how stuff goes together and am pretty good at the planning/sourcing and handling money aspects.  

are you sure you are talking about them giving you access or them setting u up with daily feed of the MLS listings? 

Hi Nikki - You should double check your local rules but I believe Texas allows for both a one time late fee and a daily late fee so long as they are "reasonable."  

After 21 years of  the daily grind and at 42 years old, I am moving on to bigger(pockets) and better things. 

I am reading a lot and listening to podcasts daily on everything on this.  

Metro Detroit is very, very nice, and the city is transforming in a positive way almost daily.

Up date your listing daily, add more info to your lisitng,  and keep the phone handy you'll get the calls.

That being said I still search daily in my target areas (mostly for multi-family) and have a salesperson in search for me.
