@Anna Dmitruk Most mobile home / RV facilities do not allow short-term rentals, did you have one in mind? 

Also consider the condition of the laundry facilities....a dark and dingy room in the basement that looks like you could get mugged in is not going to do as well as a brightly lit, large and clean room with clean machines.  

I don't think anyone I have talked to in Banking believes that at this time.. at least I am still getting some pretty sizable credit facilities and some that are so big they Know I cant stroke a check to pay them back they know the only way to retire the loan is to build the homes and sell them..

Hello,I have seen the assisted living topic thrown around a lot on this forum since I've joined up and have to give much credit to having found and participated in this forum to becoming an owner of a licensed 41 bed assisted living facility in KS, quitting my W2 job and the whole 9. 

Though I personally do not like Aldi and could never do all of my shopping there, I do buy things in bulk and do a lot of cooking and preparation at home.

European style public charging stations have totally removeable cords and drivers carry their own,  but the US didn't go that way unfortunately.Some cities are starting to mandate EV charging readiness for parking facilities.
