My goal is commercial REI .Im just not sure how to get into my 2nd investment  to commercial multi unit property as a self employed.

It is really hard to make money in a location with high overhead and where you cannot control your own property.As to where you should invest, it should be determined by your financial goal.

The things that are being required are common sense (maybe not the maps 🙄) and quite honestly probably good idea, after seeing how many cabins are managed.

One thing that is common amongst all the podcasts and books is that its always said the beginning is the hardest, the first deal is the hardest.

I commonly assist long distance investors, whether it's for relocation or just to get into the awesome TX gulf coast market.

While I'm still in the early stages of my journey and have much to learn, I'm committed to embracing the process and discovering which strategies best align with my goals and resources.

Is my goal of 1,500 to 2,000 doors under management too ambitious?

@Steve SmithLots of options with legacy planning I would recommend working with your advisors to create a detailed plan to make sure you are accomplishing your goals in the most effective way.  

It ultimately depends on your individual investment goals and risk tolerance.
