@Mike Conklin Been renting units for clients and for my own investments here in CT for a while and I have never had someone rent or not rent an apartment based on the type of cooking heating source.The quality of appliance may matter to a tenant, new vs beat up, stainless vs plain white, etc.I would say just go with whatever source you prefer and don't get caught up in what the prospective tenant will think.

The woman left says she cannot afford to stay alone supporting her children....there is only 2 months left on the lease which we are willing to allow them to walk away from just to be done with the situation but it is becoming extremely heated between the two of them.

Corralling it all under one property management LLC streamlined everything.If at some point I decide I want to pick up an outside management client again I simply add the appropriate liability insurance to my property management LLC and the rest of the infrastructure is already in place.
