Lets use a small retail center 2-6 tenants (vacant) in Rowlett,Texas (suburb of Dallas) as an example.

So addresses, names and cities of shopping centers or apartment complexes, something like that.

Remembering a large aquatic and leisure center in the town of my youth (Wave pool, water slide, olympic lap pool, etc.), I was curious how translatable the idea is in today's market.

Good idea to look around center city, or would it be a better bet to stick to the outskirts (concord, east charlotte, etc)?

There seems to be a pretty wide margin between old rundown but still expensive  duplexes (due to proximity to city center) vs more modern still extremely expensive duplexes (due to a combination of things).  

The Zona Rosa shopping center has some characteristics, but it's really just a suburban outdoor mall.

I am need of a sewer rodding/plumber for a retail center we have in Woodstock...can anyone refer someone they trust and have used before? 

My second home is about 1.5 hours away from the first and is also a smaller 3br/2ba house which I got for a steal of a deal, its in a "transitioning" neighborhood though which is close to a growing and gentrifying city center with close proximity to parks and a very large trail system.
