I got an interesting phone call from an elderly client yesterday. 87 year old woman who regularly goes to the hairdresser every 2 weeks.Hairdresser is located in a shopping center that's next door to a Mercedes dealership.Evidently customers of the Mercedes dealership routinely park in the shopping center and the center's management company has warned the Mercedes dealership on multiple occasions.My client drives a Mercedes.My client goes in for an hour and gets her hair done.

I am the owner of a Property Styling and Home Staging business and want to start expanding my services into this area.

I 1000% agree with @John Underwood  strategy: Go above and Beyond and deliver 5 star customer service, and nip any problems in the bud before the review stage.

I am staying busy around the clock with clients wanting to buy up retail properties like crazy.Most strip center tenants today are experiential / service.

@Jason Murray - I'd focus on the major job centers in Canada and the surrounding areas in that case.

We have adjusted the price 2 times, she didn't ask for any design changes just additional staging (which we did).

I’m conservative, so I don’t have any opportunistic at this stage of the cycle.
