As far as the park is concerned (you have to ask them) are you off the hook for the lot rent if the borrower catches up?

You have low risk if you are just one company, but if you have multiple properties (a management company) and you are doing this ... tenants will catch on and you have a higher risk of theft / issues.Just my 2 cents!
