I am looking at paid software programs like Buildium or QuickBooks as a possible solution.For some background, I self-manage 10 units comprised of 3 houses, 1 duplex, and 5 condos. 

Recently we've;1) Introduced them to property management software for their self-managed properties allowing them to collect payments faster, screen tenants efficiently and track expenses more accurately.2) Begun screening for new property management of the 5-unit property.3) Started gathering documents for potential lenders. 

Second, do you all have any thoughts on services like Cozy and other tenant-owner interface software?

One of the pieces of our system includes the hiring of a part-time bookkeeper to keep the ledgers straight in our Buildium property management software. 

Rent Manager software is by far the best management software out there at least for MHP. 

I am currently looking at using either Tenant Cloud or Rentec Direct as a property management software platform.

The software is used to streamline & assist the property manager.

My bookkeeping is handled by the Property Manager's software and I just hand everything over to my CPA.

Ask your software provider about filing a "superseded return" as the deadline has not passed yet. 

One PMI company's software gives pricing, but if you call them the rep says it's a software error and points the finger at Freddie.Not actually clear on what is going on 20 levels above me.
