My fear with AC is that the rentals are dependent on casino employees and with the casinos on the decline I am afraid so are the renters. 

But more generally, fun fact, housing prices have only dropped in 1 of the last 5 recessions (including the Great Depression).

Not as fun as a Hawaii vacation, but none the less it’s a memory.
