Guess I could put in a fan and a regular range and call it a day.

Different strokes for different folks, I'm a Dave Ramsey fan and like the no debt approach in life, but the math says keep the money and on that low amount and low rate and invest it somewhere. 

If stuff hits the fan the financial side can be repaired.

Funny again - I'm from Pottstown (huge Flyers fan).

I'm not a huge fan of the outsized influence the base plays in the local economy but prices here are more reasonable than most other places in Montana.

Point blank, I would tell the tenant to turn on fans, open doors and to always run the fan when cooking or boiling water.

If the "you know what" hits the fan between you and your co-owner, at least there will be an agreement governing what should happen.

I am a huge fan of tile in the bathrooms and the kitchen.
