SOooooo I've been digging deeper into low income affordable housing and doing developments in the city of Lake Elsinore.

(I have thought about it but needed to build my company to afford me the opportunities to invest.), not being prepared for this boom. 

Especially since I can not afford to do what the seller is asking.

With the recent election, one council member is somewhat opposed to STR (or more strict regulation) whereas a few of the others (as well as the new Mayor) seem to support STR and trying to find a path forward to support STRs and affordable housing.

I have interviewed a couple of services, but I am not having any luck finding a reliable and affordable company.  

So, look for a 4-plex you can afford, or wait until you have the cash because even if you wait you will be far ahead.Before you invest in a single-family or multi-unit send a PM and I will do the math for you.
