I've taken some of the initial steps in forming my crew (agents, lawyer, accounts, contractors) and wanted to get some insight on LLC's, insurance, and networking.- LLC - I'm going to be investing for years to come and want to have my personal assets protected as well as all transactions to be done through a separate business account.

My question is, if I have my lawyer submit a written notice tomorrow (on the 10 day deadline) claiming that I as the purchase inspected the property within the 5 day requirement from the acceptance date, can I then use an official inspection report that was provided on the 10th day as my supporting evidence, even though the “official” inspection took place after the 5 day deadline?

And if they discriminated against you(you should have tried to ask them what they meant imo) then you need a lawyer because that is bull.

There are bad plumbers, car salesmen, lawyers, and waiters, but you don't hate them all because of how the bad ones act (except maybe lawyers...). ;)I would recommend finding a different PM. 

A contract is just a guideline for a lawyer to sue you.

As @Jeremy Tillotson suggests, your structure is only as good as the lawyers and accountants who can support it.
