@Anna Buffkin Our story to very similar to yours, I was head coaching the boys basketball team and was the school’s AD.

The taxes were prohibitively high and we think we can get a better cash on cash elsewhere with a similar commute time to the city.

I’m new to this too and have a similar bio and goals.

Not sure if this is strictly fair as the full rent would still be being paid under the terms of the lease by the other two tenants.I've gotten a lot of value from the insights on offer here on Bigger Pockets, and I'd appreciate any insight as to how you have handled similar issues in the past.

Rebecca, I just went through a fairly similar process here in Memphis and I've been learning a little about the bankruptcy court here in town.

I consider this one to be similar to one that says "No Negros".That being said.  

Usually there is a number or two in the serial number that tells you the year the unit was built - Google the brand, like, "Lennox serial numbers" or "Trane serial numbers" or similar to see how to read it. 

It's of course Cleveland specific but should have a ton of similarities to other rust belt "turnkey" towns.

I do need to scrape BP more for existing answers on similar situations and questions.
