i know there is more than one way to skin a cat but why would you ever want to get a loan to buy a property when it's so easy to buy them "subject to"?

Does anyone know of any books on the subject?

i buy houses "subject to" so loans have no place in my strategy.

What are:- Lease Options- Options - Double Closings- Blind Double Closings- Wholesaling- Notes- Subject to- Assignments- REO- Hud 1- Foreclosure- Pre ForeclosureI have read several books/forums and cant get a good break down of what each of these are.

It is hard to find info on "subject to" mortgages, i was wondering what this type of assumable was about.

I'm new to the forum and have enjoyed reading everyone's posts on the subject.

Also on the subject of being new to real estate, what do you all think is better; buying a single house to flip or buying a house to rent out to a tenant?
