I could see in apartments or home rentals to hide the nail holes in the walls when the tenants change.I personally like the look of knock down on ceilings; give it character.I have just finished working on an old home that had issues with the plaster coming off the walls and cracking in places.

Nailing the CPA exam would be quite an accomplishment and those credientials would serve you well in real estate.

Plus labor, nails, calking, flushing tape - and all that provided windows fit exactly, which they only will if you special order, which takes 2-3 weeks.

Just because you have a roofing hammer doesn't mean you can't drive a nail in a wall.
