If you want to keep this house because of how much it will affect your balance sheet and passive cash-flow picture down the road... that's ok, too.  

Are there real estate attorneys our there that specifically work with real estate CPA's that can "see the whole picture" with regard to our legal protection and tax liability?

If you are internet-savvy, Make a Youtube video of the property (like a walkthru of you talking on a cellphone video or Nice Picture Slideshow With Voice Over), point people to check out more info on your site, and then blast to your blog, social media and/or email it to your other agent networking contacts.

Basically, I'm going through the motions as if I were flipping, and also set to capture the 1% rent rule.
