@Carini Rochester good points, especially the fire protection one.On the 2 to 3x greater price for tiny houses than frame construction, is that for a pre-manufactured home built offsite and brought in or a tiny home built on-site?

Population growth.Doing some Google searches and reading a few articles these are the locations I have found to be of interest to me:NC; Research Triangle (population growth; big businesses are moving in)AZ; Phoenix, Mesa (huge migration from CA; EV manufacturers are moving in) TN, Nashville (strong population growth; tech gains moving in)CO, Colorado Springs (strong job growth, beautiful outdoors)NV; Las Vegas (high-speed rail from Los Angeles to Las Vegas scheduled for completion in 2027; people are moving in from CA)TX; Dallas, Houston (Dallas to Houston high-speed rail scheduled for competition in 2026; huge population growth, a number of infrastructure improvement projects)FL; West Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando (population growth; huge hospitality and truism industry) I tried to keep it as concise as possible but it still turned out to be quite a read.
