Jaron is absolutely correct, you need to do a ton of research on RE and then find the niche that you want to get into (this could change multiple times on your RE journey) You could jump into being an agent and find out that it isn't for you. 

How is everyone else journey going to accomplishing your goals?

It seems like house hacking is how I want to begin my journey, and I’m interested in purchasing cash flow positive multi family properties.

As of late I have began my journey towards RE investing and rentals, with research.
