These rents were all inclusive of utilities and internet.

I always say a house doesn't sell due to location, price, floor plan or finishes Also I'd be asking local brokers opinion on why it's not selling not a bunch of internet arm chair quarterbacks

Just went to a Than Merrill free informational class , bought a 3 day weekend class with my wife and found out about Bigger Pockets after much internet perusing.  

I got the 100 gallon per day usage for a person from the internet search, so not sure if I am wrong anywhere, what do you think?
