What about snow removal in winter months? 

I love to do anything outdoors, particularly in the snow, I drink way to much coffee and have a huge passion for aviation.

The $90 covers lawn, snow removal, water.

Today we visited the property and spotted dog footprints in the fresh snow starting at the back door.

It also requires thorough knowledge and understanding of laws and legal procedures.By the way, forget the fires and floods, it has been snowing in Colorado the past couple of days.

I'd think you could make a killing there during snow bird season, or hey get a condo cheap somewhere close to the beach and do the same strategy or a condo close to Raymond James stadium or whatever they call it now and cater to sports fans - know it would only be a few home games but anyways you definitely likely have more options than you did in Wichita.Congrats on the move and enjoy whats left of this beautiful winter weather down there and then button down the  hatch for Hurricane season...ha - I went through Wilma when I lived in Cape Coral and stayed in the house - was a cool experience and you'll get to laugh at all the Floridians that think high winds and rain are a big deal. 

Will you need snow removal in the winter?

Some things to make sure you consider are trash, water, sewer, gas, electric, city licensing fees, maintenance, Cap Ex reserves, vacancy, management costs, and snow removal/lawn care.  

If they have, did they go after them personally and how did the situation work out.In states with snow we have all heard that someone may slip and fall but if this does happen I imaging it must be a catastrophic event to exceed policy limits.
