This may be old news, not sure if it's a black friday thing, but I was browsing Google Play Books (yes, at 7am), and found summaries of The Millionaire Next Door, E-Myth Revisited, and similar books for free.

Hi Eric...First, I'm new to this so my opinion should be taken accordingly.The first thing that I do when I get these emails is go to Google maps and drive the area in Street View.

Most band aid it until closing it gets demolished.

If you Google their name and it comes up with a bunch of hits claiming they ripped someone off, then it's probably best to avoid that one!

You can find them on this website, or by doing a Google search for other investor websites, than looking them up.

or can you use google streetview?

I have filed and gone to court myself before though.Basically, just Google your county's rental laws.
