The pipes under the sinks are always leaking because they are weak plastic fittings that come loose with any bump when the tenant stores stuff under there.

Unfortunately we have to demo an existing garage in order to fit the four parking spaces.    

It took me 200 calls to get 3 lenders I could work with for my given model so they don't fit the mold but are willing to take a look at what we got and lend on it.

You just need to make sure that your criteria fits for your situation and your project (terms, LTV, and that you are qualified).
