Should I be focusing on just a few and be more of an expert on those few vehicles?

I am by no means am an expert, but I am looking for someone to compare numbers with on the same hypotheticals.

I am willing to help anyone who needs help on  weekends so I can assist and learn a little bit more to get this final push I feel I am needing from an expert to start.I went to some seminars from other companies and they just sell programs and boot camps but I feel more confident and I find much more help on this community. thanks 

Please somebody, an expert from that book, tell me all I have to do is read the book and forget about the audio and videos.

Anyone have any references for a great asset protection attorney , CPA and an awesome financial advisor pertaining to real estate investing?

Please don't refer me someone with outlandish fees or if they are not cuat...

Last but not least, I also dabble with the stock market, I'm by no means saying that I'm an expert, or that I have a great portfolio to show, but I have read a lot of investment books, and have some basic experience with it, and I believe that it will help me in my journey in REI.I'm willing to help in any way, as long as its a fair trade.

@Maritsa Cortes Here are my $.021) Start with plan for your investing business2) Read the blog posts on house hacking right here on BP 3) Educate yourself on financing options/ choose the one that suits you4) Check your credit report for inaccurate info5) Become an expert in the market and the different areas that you wish to invest inIf you check all of these off the next step would be to assemble a team (Realtor, lender, contractor etc) and start hunting for the house you'd like to hack.

Aside from the paint and carpets that need to be replaced, I noticed a crack that runs along the grout that may be indicative of foundation heaving - something we are going to have several foundation experts look at before we hire an inspector for the rest of the house.
