Everything always takes longer than expected, but it's nice to see the property beginning to shine.I fell short on developing a process for finding great tenants.

Once things pick up in April, I expect the wait time to be around 4 weeks.

I am expecting to have around 25 to 30k in it and probably try to flip or rent to own, aka Lonnie Deal.    

You could also let the person know when you get there that you are expecting a call from your husband.

He expects me to pick up every Friday this was not part of the deal and I am not able to do that every Friday as I have children and another business to run.

At the same time we have those expect a full service, driving around town, hand holding. 

He had been living in the property for 4 years and was expecting not to pay any taxes on the gain but is going to have to now.

So due to this recent windstorm in our area, 2-3 shingles are missing from my roof.Similarly, this corner board has come loose from the siding and needs to be screwed/nailed back and caulked.Question is, we are expecting some rain later part of this week.

If the steel tariffs actually go into effect, expect the costs of aluminum windows, siding, appliances, water heaters, AC units...everything in a house to go up further.  

I wasn't sure what to expect, as I'm new to BP, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the support and timely feedback.
