It is public information but they do not make it easy to find.I found it once before but had a hard time finding it again, and ofcourse it is different for every JP court where they keep the info..I was able to find divorce cases, but it only gives me the plaintiffs and the defendants name.

Yes, when following this strategy the individual must be very diligent in keeping up with the cash flow required, but if they do, I do see how it makes sense even with the variable interest rate associated with the HELOC.Any thoughts/suggestions?
