In fact, I kind of made myself a rule that I would never buy a property again that needed anything more than flooring and paint and possibly a few fixtures....I guess I will find out soon enough if this one meets that criteria.

Sheetrock is now finished, finish trim is going in over the next few days and that interior paint starts later this week.That leaves all the finishes (flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc) for the following couple weeks.
