You still get to choose the person who you rent to.. why is this always a big deal just take their application and if they don’t fit pick someone else honestly you get all their info and just choose someone else.

Coming from a legal standpoint could I put in offers on all 5 simultaneously and then choose the best counter, Or should I submit one offer at a time?

(Lease Option is out) I have talked to my mortgage provider as well as VA Professionals who both advised that I would be able to sell the home how I choose so long as the payments are made on the existing mortgage.
