Buildium is powerful and great for professional managers or larger portfolio owners that have teams but you'll pay $50+ per month.In my opinion as a landlord, Buildium's benefit is their financial and accounting reporting capabilities. 

Becoming the bank instead of the landlord is a powerful tool in these places if you understand how to implement it .
