My plan is to make these the first steps in a successful career in real state and to gain as much knowledge as possible so any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am open to all advice, tips, strategies and anything else that will help in a successful real estate investing career.

Once you know the area, and want to dig deeper - visit your local REIA - attend the meetings, you can even watch youtube videos ( with a lot of "views" - not smaller cheap looking stuff) that pertains to your market.

From the Wilkes barre area Pennsylvania is there any one who can give me tips on my first deal
