Can you share your experiences on inheriting less than ideal long-term tenants after purchasing a property and how you got through it or resolved it?

I have a rental property that I've had for about 12 years.

My client has dozens of California and non-CA properties.

They teach us to encourage sellers to list it if they want the most for their property. 

We expect someone commenting on how great life insurance investments are  to reveal if he’s an insurance salesman, and someone who suggests buying property in Cleveland is great to reveal they’re a Cleveland based real estate broker.  

Turning a $55,000 purchase with $65,000 in renovation costs into a property now worth $140,000 shows strong value creation.

Does anyone have any experience using Poplar Homes as a property manager in the Dayton, Ohio area?
