@Shariyf Grevious I was testing and made a custom handwritten font from http://www.myscriptfont.com/, very simple, print off the template and fill out with a felt pen, scan back at 300 dpi and save as a jpeg, upload the jpeg to the site, download and install your font.

I would love to just slap that laminate counter from Ikea (that I already bought) in but don't want to have to do another install 5 years from now.

I have been considering reflooring a rehab kitchen and bath with smooth rubber flooring (it comes as both roll and tile).

What you will commonly see here is a new panel installed and then all the receptacles replaced with GFCI outlets as a way to get around the fact the house has old 2-wire.

One more idea, you could use a Home Depot "project loan" to get up to 25k of your materials and some of the labor for things they install for 6 months with no payments or interest until after the 6 months.
