hello,I am currently sitting in the 3 day real estate workshop with Doug Clark on day two of of selling us into buying into their expensive program.I spent the last hour reading everyone’s past questions and opinions regarding this real estate guru course and trying to decide if I should buy into it.

I still get phone calls three months later due to moves he made that I was not aware of from buyer's and seller's.

Being able to get the same rate for those three years presents a benefit to the potential buyer.

Why spend 3-6 months getting one deal here when I can get three in less time elsewhere.In the end, do your research. 

After getting my licenses as a Nurse my pay is stable and i should easily clear 55k this year based on the hours and pay i am currently being payed at my hospital job.
