I was just wondering, for someone with no finance/business background, is there a book on Real Estate investing math that will give me the basics and teach me how to do math that I will come across while investing?  

On top of doing 100% of the work, it sounds like you also expect them to teach you the business.  

I love this site because it teaches you how to do everything legally but use ever nook of the legal area to manevour.

My goal is to cover a entire Probate mailing system then teach someone how to handle the process from A to Z including phone calls!

If they have credit issues or financing problems (and they will) I "teach" and "consult" as to what must be done.
