I leveraged one of the paid off properties.eFirst bank tells me this year they stopped issuing 1098's and they don't send anything to the IRS anymore for these type of real estate loans.According IRS form 990-T we have to file for IRA debt financed real estate loans.Has anyone encountered what my Bank is telling me?

The job pays well and there isn't much stress involved but I don't love it.

Tenants would love off-street parking - - B U T highly doubt they would value that sufficiently to pay significantly for the privilege.

As someone who has purchased hundreds and hundreds of HUD homes, I cannot stress enough to get an experienced hud agent.

The ones with  "T" on your map are the fastest and cheapest to foreclose on by far. 

I actually caught up with a old work mate (quit f/t work 15 months ago) the other day & he asked what I had been up to and I said "Well, I never told you when I worked there that I actually own a business and have multiple investments" He was so surprised but when I told him I didn't mention it at work because people will hold it against you he completely agreed!
