Simply Safe systems are great to use so long as you keep the electricity on.Otherwise, if you have boots-on-the-grounds, PM, Realtor, etc. that can pop by regularly to check locks and show that the property is being checked on.You can install live, or dummy cameras, on the exterior of the property as a deterrent as well.Best of luck to you!!

Or, if there are just a few cracks where roots invade the pipe, then you can just have someone come by and "roto-root" the site on a regular basis (once a year should be fine for most situations - this will cost maybe $300-400 each time).

This doesn’t always mean the closest neighborhoodAt the end of the day, if you have a property where there a few comps and few others on the market, it can be an indicator that demand is outweighing supply and you are in a great spot to make a deal 👍
