If you have difficulty finding a position initially, try and find a position as a Processor or Loan Officer Assistant, get some experience for a year or so, and stay on the lookout for new MLO openings as you gain experience!

Hey guys I’m studying to get my Real Estate License and I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good books that would help me become a successful agent.

It's myself (assistant property manager) , the owner of the company (property manager) and 2 housekeepers.

Assuming it's gonna be a small meet-up with < 10 people (I could be wrong tho), I guess a library study/reading room could be enough (need to book in advance).

I am studying for my exam now, and while I plan to do some traditional Agent work, the main focus is for investing in real estate.
