Hi Biggerpockets Team,I am renovating my house and studio unit and am in need of good cabinets and counter tops.So far I have talked to a few vendors that deal with custom to RTA style kitchen cabinets and they are either way too expensive or the quality was sub-par for a primary residence.I also looked at a couple of countertop vendors and quartz counter tops are expensive!

I think these are fantastic groups for land lords to be a apart off, and I strongly recommend that you start one.

If painting, I would decide if my gray walls leaned green or blue and go with a darkish green/gray or blue gray...with a strong green or blue undertone.

So make sure the depth of the subfloor you have is strong enough to span the distance of the joists.

I think South Florida is a strong market and think there is potential for continued growth in the area.

Everyone has their own style, but for me personally, I never pay labor by the hour.

The technology and styles have just changed.

In addition I would strongly advise against investing in any multi unit building that does not have separate meters for all utilities.

I recently switched to Lowes' Diamond NOW Arcadia off-the-shelf Shaker style cabinets. 

From everything I have learned thus far, I'd say that the Atlanta market is stable with strong potential to maintain growth.
