Our economy has never crashed while we where looking in the rearview mirror at the last crash as we speed away from it as quickly as we can, it only crashes when we stop looking.I think with the 2008 crash, what we have stepped into is the age of the financed on demand economy of everything, why own when you can just rent everything?

I understand this would bring more issues than just the monthly cost (router maintenance, ongoing issues, password authorizations, potential speed problems, etc) Would this be a viable option for the tenants if they can all "stream" their cable from this?

Just because you filed for bankruptcy does not mean you won't get a speeding ticket, If you are tresspassing, bankruptcy won't keep you from being removed from the property or arrested.
